It allows recording directly on mobile devices, and it can be integrated into online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, helping individuals and teams save time on manual note-taking.

• Real-time speech transcription:It continuously converts the spoken content into readable text while recording, making it suitable for meetings, interviews, lectures, and live interactions; users can view the transcript while listening and mark key points at any time.
• Online meeting assistant:OtterPilot can be integrated into Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings to automatically record the conversations, generate text summaries, and save the full content of the meetings, making it easy to review everything later.
• Face-to-face recording:It is possible to directly record in-person meetings or everyday conversations using a smartphone, and by combining this with devices such as Bluetooth microphones to capture audio, the discussions that take place can be transformed into structured written documents.
• Automatic summarization and outline:Based on the full transcription, it automatically generates meeting summaries, topic outlines, and keywords, helping users quickly grasp the key points of lengthy discussions without having to listen to the recordings section by section.
