Introduction to the MeetGeek APP
MeetGeek is an AI-powered meeting assistant developed by Aivision Products S.R.L.; it enables recording of face-to-face conversations on mobile devices, and it can also assist with online meetings such as those held via Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Designed for use in sales, recruitment, customer success, project collaboration, and learning scenarios, it transforms recorded audio into transcripts labeled with the speakers’ names, summaries, key points, action items, and meeting analyses, making it easy to refer to and work together on after the meeting.
Main functions of the MeetGeek APP
- Face-to-face recording:Record with just one tap on the mobile device; it’s suitable for capturing meetings, interviews, lectures, or brainstorming sessions on the spot, without the need to create an online meeting first. It works well for hybrid work environments and mobile recording.
- Automatic recording of online meetings:It can be used in conjunction with meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams to record calls, allowing users to focus on the conversation; the recorded content can then be reviewed and organized after the meeting is over.
- Flexible ways to attend:It is possible to have the AI meeting assistant join scheduled meetings, and it is also possible to add a recording assistant temporarily via the meeting link or invitation email, thus accommodating both planned and ad-hoc meetings.
- Multilingual transcription:Before recording, you can choose the language for the conversation; the system supports recognition in various languages such as Chinese and English, making it suitable for cross-national teams, multilingual interviews, and learning scenarios.
- Speaker recognition:The transcribed content is organized by different speakers, which makes it easier to identify who raised certain opinions, questions, or commitments, thus reducing the time needed to verify the statements of each participant after the meeting.
- AI Meeting Summary:Once the meeting is processed, the discussion topics, key conclusions, and relevant context are automatically extracted; users can read the summary directly without having to listen to the entire recording from the beginning.
- Template-based meeting notes:You can select a summary template based on the type of meeting; the platform offers various templates for sales, recruitment, team coordination, etc., so that the output structure better fits the specific business processes.
- Key points and action items:AI extracts key facts, questions, tasks, and next steps from conversations, helping the team clarify responsibilities and determine what needs to be done next.
- Recording playback and transcript:The meeting details provide an overview, key points, and the full verbatim transcript; together with the audio replay, they help to understand the original context, making them useful for reviewing statements and compiling minutes.
- Offline long-duration recording:The mobile version allows for offline recording for up to four hours; once the network connection is restored, the recorded content can be uploaded for further processing, which is suitable for events with unstable internet connections or long-duration interviews.
- Cross-platform file synchronization:The Files page aggregates meeting records from both mobile and desktop devices, allowing users to view summaries, key points, and transcripts across different devices.
- AI Q&A across meetings:AI Chat allows users to query, using natural language, the content of meetings they own or have been shared with, and it can find answers, action items, and guidance within the context of up to about fifty meetings.
- Meeting participation analysis:Meeting Insights can analyze participation levels, the proportion of talk time, speaking patterns, and recurring themes, helping managers identify communication issues and improve the quality of meetings.
- Calendar and upcoming meetings:The Upcoming page displays the schedule in one place; it allows control over whether an assistant should attend a particular meeting, and it enables the presetting of language settings and note templates, thereby reducing the costs associated with preparation before meetings.
- Sharing and workflow integration:Meeting minutes can be shared based on access rights, and the outcomes can be incorporated into CRM systems, tasks, emails, and collaboration workflows through comments, excerpts, playlists, and third-party integrations, thereby facilitating action taken after the meeting.
