Differences between the Personal, Team, and Enterprise versions

The individual version is suitable for individual creators, AI enthusiasts, and developers; it offers various plans ranging from a free trial to options for high-volume use. The team version is intended for small teams that need to work together, with each member having its own account. Team points are shared among the members, and the administrator is responsible for setting up seats, usage limits, and resources as needed.

The Enterprise version offers additional features such as SSO, the ability to manage larger organizations, and enterprise-level security capabilities.

The team version requires the purchase of at least 2 licenses by default, with one of those licenses being reserved for the super administrator. The packages and additional licenses need to be managed separately – removing a member only frees up a license, with no refund provided.

Renewing the package does not necessarily result in the automatic renewal of additional seats.

Personal and team accounts have independent points and certain data; low-code and AI programming projects can be transferred, but conversations, Agents, and video projects are not all synchronized automatically.

Consumer-side memberships are not equivalent to the API balance in the Volcano Ark model; when using Claude Code or Codex locally, one still has to comply with the pricing and account rules of those services.
